
This is a good value for a DC clamp meter. It's small enough to fit in the glove box. Alligator clips aren't very good because they don't screw onto the probe tips. Otherwise there are no complaints. Note that the DC sensor must be zeroed for each measurement. For example, to measure stray/phantom current in a car, you must first disconnect the battery terminal to null the current. It reads up to 1mA, but it's difficult to get accuracy above 10mA because Hall Effect sensors are very sensitive to temperature drift, gravitational waves, or whatever.
