Do yourself a favor and don't buy this junk. The included app isn't even the right version. The computer recognizes it, the program has a green icon when connected and recognizes it but says the hardware is not supported. The update option fails because it tries to communicate with a non-existent server. The features on the device don't even work and need updating, but it is possible. I had to reformat my computer after using this app because it contains malware. Revain shouldn't be selling that shit.
