Great! This software does exactly what it says it does, but if you're looking for something to replace Mailchimp, it's not the tool for you. It's very easy to use, and I'm impressed with the quality of their services. They offer training, custom solutions, etc. If you have any questions, they're always happy to assist. My biggest issue with them was how long it took to get an account set up - 2 months+. When I asked why this was so long, they didn't seem too concerned or apologetic (which I expected). After talking to several different people at CreditNtell over multiple days, my only suggestion would be to make sure there isn't anyone else waiting ahead of you. In all honesty though, once your first email goes through, everything runs smoothly.
