Well. it holds your tape measure. so what else do you want it to do?Bottom line, if you are looking for something like this, than buy it.Nitty gritty belowI always hate trying to get the tape measure to clip just write onto my belt, or sometimes it gets caught and is a pain in the bottom to get of my belt. I've also damaged my belt a few times from repeatedly putting on and taking off the clip, so I went looking for something like this.I didn't try it yet, but I'm sure that it would function pretty good to hook on a drill or similar power tool that have the clips.It is made out of hard plastic, so I'm not entirely sure about long term durability. After a few months of use I will try and review and update on how it holds up.It did come with the string (see photo) and there is a hole to put the string in. Not sure it's intended purpose, but I'll use it to hang from my peg board when not in use.
