This is a good product that does exactly what the seller says it will. I am a blind computer user and depend on sound for everything on my computer. I use a screen reader that converts the on screen text to words. The only difficulty I have is that when I'm on a chatroom others can hear everything in the background on my computer. The phones come with a USB plug that needs a additional device to work with a PC and a 3.5 jack that carries voice input and sound out. The information on the Revain page is some what confusing at least for me. The company is trying very hard to make things better and I admire that. It can't be easy for a company to capture new markets. So in conclusion, I believe this is a very good company and worthy of supporting, they will make everything right for you if it's not correct in the first place.
