I bought a replacement filter for the InvisiClean Water Pitcher when I bought the pitcher. When I wanted to replace the filter, I couldn't remove the ring to put the filter in the jug. I even tried other people and nothing worked. I called their support department but I know one of them answered so I left a message for a call back until no one answered my call. I can't use a water filter pitcher because I can't change my filter. I definitely feel like I wasted my money, I've really enjoyed the jug while working and am quite picky about drinking water.
