Review on INTELLITEC 0100055000 Battery Disconnect Relay by Joel Norfork

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works well but installation.

The installation was difficult. After a long search I finally found the installation instructions. To me. I have an old caravan. They told me it was bad and needed replacing. There were five wires to connect, two of which were shorted. So I needed some good details before I could figure it out so thought I'd share it. First. There is a guide online. You just really have to look. You need a record. Once done, like this device, you have panel to selenoid transitions. Colors may or may not be accurate. So. It took me a day of research to find out. So there are five wires on the panel. So when the hooks are up, the waiters at the bar are color coded. If you look at devices numbered 1-6. A fuse is on the far left. Two large studs on the left. Three small bolts to the left and so on to the right until the last fuse. So the two middle screws ensure that it shifts. Left is positive, right is negative. They use. me and s. Not sure why. But the panel reverses the direction of the electric current, causing it to tip over. So. The first fuse, like the 1 on the left, is the wire, so your panel can tell you how much current you're using. I think. And it is difficult to connect because it needs a small clamp which is not included. If you were a van shop you would have one but the normal person wouldn't. Thing is, if you don't know the name like I do, it's going to take you a long time on Google to find it and get the name, and they'll order it out to find out it's worth less than a dime but yours Time is worth a lot more. Yes, I want my time back. Number 2, the left stud is the output as 5 is powered by Batt3 and the middle 4 studs are 12v input and output. For me, the orange was inside. Then the power consumption was 5 again. 6 has a fuse. Same problem as above and there is a fuse. This energy goes to the panel and gives it energy. But if you have one of these and everything works, you can change it in about an hour. If you have any little suggestions I've talked about. If your panel is bad, you can replace it in about five minutes. My old one was gold. New grey. And it works fine. I will say that a month ago I installed a voltage reader. This one reads about 0.3-0.4 less than the other. But. The other is much closer. I'm pretty sure the wires reduce the voltage. My advice. Find out what kind of taiga it is. One of the reviews mentions this. If you are using a panel AND a selinoid you will need this "connector" to connect to the panel. I don't think it came with him.
