I ordered this and while we love it the duvet was too small for a double bed. We ordered a double bed, assuming it would fit the bed properly with the sides hanging down on each side and ended up at least to the bottom of the mattress. She barely covered the bed with about 4 inches of curtains on the sides and end of the bed. The usual size for a twin bed is 78 inches long and 39 inches wide, and the duvet cover should be 66-68 inches wide and 86-88 inches long. The size of the double duvet is only 60 x 80. It's a shame I didn't rate it better. Hoping to exchange for a full size This is a beautiful and fun blanket.
