Awesome PD charger, horrible AC tamper proof

I was really excited about these outlets. Finally a good PD charger at a decent price. And the PD charging works awesome.But the AC receptacles suck. The tamper proof function prevents plugging anything in.I have tamper proof all over my house that work fine, I had to break these in order to be able to plug anything in. The mechanism is crap.
