Good Yarn: Sewing

This is my first time using Aurfil quilting yarn. Bought to sew squares for a blanket. No breakage issues, some lint in coil area after use but not excessive. Not sure if it's worth the price, will see how long it lasts as the cost is higher than another thread I've bought that seems to be of the same quality.

This thread is 50 wt but only 2 ply, and as other reviewers have mentioned, it’s thin.
