I loved the chair online but was nervous based on the other reviews and as I started to build I understood why everyone was complaining holes weren't lining up and I was getting very frustrated. I eventually went back and read the reviews looking for insight. In step 1 you attach the seat with the back and you HAVE to keep those bolts loose. If you don't then you'll start screaming and shouting when you can't get the arms on.
