I have ordered 3 of these filters in the last few months and I have to say they are fantastic! First of all, the shipping always says it will arrive a week after ordering, but it usually arrives within 3 days! Delivery is very fast. The filter comes in its own packaging. I use these filters on my 10 gallon betta tanks and they work great. My tanks are clean and the current is definitely not too strong for the betta's delicate fins. It's absolutely perfect. One of my boys, Betta, actually loves to sleep on his filter. Even with low flow, it does an excellent job of filtering water! All I do when changing the water is dip the filter sponge into the dirty water in the tank and squeeze it out, then I put it back in the tank. All in all, this is the only type of sponge filter I will be using!
