TotalComfort Warm & Cool Mist UHE-WM70 Ultrasonic Humidifier arrived on 03/01/2020. After setting, the on-off light flashed, went out and the humidifier does not work at all. The instruction manual did not help. Emailed Homedics (cservice@homedics.com) same day 3/1/20 and received confirmation. A week later, on 01/10/20, there is no answer. I'm running out of $100 at the moment and want to return the car for a refund. I used to buy humidifiers from Homedics. This is the first time I have to contact the company. So far not satisfied with the customer service.
