I like being able to use all of my devices at once rather than having to be limited to one computer. It doesn't always work as well with older browsers (such as Internet Explorer). The system can also be very slow when loading large databases. Sometimes it takes quite awhile before you're actually using your site so there's that too! There are many different features within this program and we've been able to set up everything exactly how we want it. We have never had any issues during our 3 year tenure with them. This product has helped us to manage our patients better with it's ability of having all information at hand when needed-like billing etc. It does have some features that are outdated like being able to print only one bill per day which we don't use anymore anyway.-it takes longer than expected after installation as well so be patient if this applies to you too -but once installed everything just works great!
