Not concentric, nut flange doesn't sit flat

Well, those are shiny stainless steel nuts. But it must be a defect from a quality walnut factory. All nuts I received were not concentric. If you hand tighten the nuts onto the bolt you will see the nut wobble from the center. Because of this, the flange of the nut will not lie flat against the surface you are tightening against.
