The best part about this system it's very easy to use as well as maintain all records in one place. There are many reports which can easily generate using this system. It has great functionality when integrating with other applications such as ERP systems like Oracle EBSM or SAP. I really dislike that they need multiple licences if your looking at two separate companies. So far i've not found anything specific where things could have been improved but we're currently working towards improving our efficiency by creating new customised tools which help us automate processes so there is little room for improvement. We needed a web based system in order to create and manage tickets. This has also helped improve our process flow by having everything from 1 source. It's easy to use and has many features that are very helpful in keeping track of our work orders. The reporting system is also very user friendly. I dislike that it sometimes takes longer than expected to complete a task. Sometimes I have to wait for several minutes before I can continue working. This software helps me keep track of all my projects and tasks. It is also great for tracking time and expenses.
