**** 1 year update The stereo was amazing. Very few crashes or freezes to be expected from any smart head unit. My truck drives like a closed van on a gravel road and this stereo has stood the test. Wireless CarPlay still works great even after iPhone update. Bought to replace an old Alpine. I was excited about all the new features that came with this stereo, but I was a little worried about the sound quality. Wow, sounds fantastic! My JBL speakers sound fantastic. The equalizer has many settings. I had to change the bracket a bit because you can't adjust the screen sideways. Wireless CarPlay works great but can be a little tricky to connect, having to connect to stereo WiFi and occasionally disconnecting and reconnecting to Bluetooth when you get back in the car. To be honest it could just be issues with Apple's wireless CarPlay as I've never used it on any other device before. In addition, when using Wireless CarPlay, the stereo cannot be connected to another WiFi network, nor can your phone be a hotspot. This is actually an Apple issue I've read about. As long as the durability is good, I will be very happy with this stereo.
