Review on Indy by Alex Pollard

I really enjoyed working with Indie! She is patient, friendly & willing (willing!) w/ advice or questions which made her such good help while training. Sometimes it felt like she would have prefered me not be around when i arrived because of my limited English skills but we solved this very quickly by learning each others language so well together over many days / weeks. Some things took some little getting used too - eg email templates was one issue where you learn different ways to deal with them from experience or trial until your 'got' how they wanted done here!! Overall though great fun team building activity helping build our organisation up into being able to start doing more complex stuff ourselves!! So far been ok just need 2nd set of eyes looking before sending off admin info etc I like that it is very easy to use and is a great tool to organize your projects. I also love that it has a great customer service. They are always willing to help you with any questions you may have. I dislike that the interface is a little outdated and could use some more modernizing. I also dislike that you can't set up recurring payments. I use Indy to manage my projects. It has been great for me. I have been able to keep track of all of my projects and easily see my progress.
