For less than $50 I bought two of these and two 4 LED controllable work lights to convert my old dual halogen work light into an energy efficient, brighter work light to transform. These mounts offered full flexibility in azimuth and elevation, and only required a 5/8" bolt to mount the old light frame. An added bonus was that the light had its own power switch. New light is 4 times brighter at 1/. power 4. The bracket allows me to direct the light to the ceiling and fold the panels to illuminate the whole room
