Not Blackout in my review

I purchased these curtains for my son’s nursery. He needs the room to be nearby pitch black to sleep. As you can see in my photos, a lot of light gets through these. This window isn’t even in direct sunlight, and I have the blinds closed behind it. I got the dark grey in hopes for an even darker effect, but I am disappointed. The material feels nice, and they look like they’re quality, but claiming 90%-99% blackout is misleading. I will be returning in hopes of finding a better product.

Pros

Perfect choice. Color is as described, thickness of material is big surprise once hung. Job well done!

May be too thin for some tastes
