Works great in GPS accessories

I modified it a bit to fit my Garmin motorcycle GPS model zumo 396. I removed the clip and put velcro on it. and the sides really reinforce it and almost look like factory. The clip interfered with the retention and power button. just took it off. without breaking it, just removed the two pins holding the clamp. fits very well. and won't go anywhere. I don't know how much sun it blocks, but it should be better than just sitting in an apartment. Great price so you can experiment with it and not worry if you fail. very glad i got it. Many Thanks
