Very easy to use & very intuitive! Everything was set up quickly for us once we went live with my new property - so far no real issues other than getting everyone used it in their day-to.- Easy booking function that allows you book any room at anytime using your own credit card without sending money as part payment first which makes life much easier if paying cash upfront by clients themselves when hiring staff etc., also great customer service from admin team too have been brilliant throughout our 2 year partnership!! Not really anything I dislike about this system but wish they had more properties under management because then maybe there would be an increase available features / functions/ customisations? Great communication tool between all partners involved especially where housekeeping needs are concerned such managing multiple employees across several sites can prove difficult otherwise I like the ability to have my schedule available on my phone. I also like the ability to check in and check out from my phone. I do not like the fact that it is not very user friendly. I have to do a lot of clicking to get to the right place.
