The best thing about this software is that it will help you in any way so there are no problems with your service or anything like dat; everything works great! I haven't found one problem yet but i am sure when something happens we'll be able solve our own issues by contacting support team via email which really helps me out alot because sometimes they reply much faster than phone calls do (even if its just 1 hour). Maybe add more features? It could make life easier of agent who use them every day cause some days can get very boring doing nothing while waiting until someone call us back after booking an appointment/meeting etc.. I like that it's simple yet effective (and not too complicated) with no unnecessary bells or whistles but simply what you need when working in travel/hotel industry- booking rooms etc. There is nothing i dislike about this software - everything works perfectly! The support team are very quick to respond & help out where needed so there really isn't any nagging issues here either :) We use DRS mainly during peak season months such December / January which can be quite busy.
