User Friendly DOLS Program with Excellent Customer Service
The most helpful thing about this program was its easy to navigate layout which made it very user friendly! I don't have any dislikes at present but if there's anything we'd change then maybe more information in some areas would be appreciated such as being able to know how many hours worked by each individual member. This helps keep track when calculating payouts so far into future dates etc.. It does not allow me access my account once logged-in - only via email link sent from their website (which they say will expire). As well as viewing our entire plan summary & details including members' coverage history within one place.
Pros
- Easy navigation for all users, no matter what level.
- Very simple interface with minimal amount or clicks required before you can get your work done efficiently without too much effort involved; )
Cons
- No way currently available yet that allows us direct logon instead having an emailed password reset through another site like google mail
