The overall quality of the product(s) just wasn't good enough. The tongs don't open and close as easily as they should, and more importantly, the handles on the can lifter let go when I pick up a hot can. Luckily this happened immediately when I lifted and squeezed so the can only went down an inch or so. In this particular case the glass was hot but not full, but if it happened while getting out of the water bath I would most likely burn myself. One of the two handles fell off completely and went between my stove and the counter and rolled under my stove. Very very uncomfortable. Finally, I just took the set out of the dishwasher and noticed that the funnel now has a big crack. It must have happened in the dishwasher, although it wasn't pressed anywhere and was on the top shelf. I do not recommend this set to anyone.
