1. From my manufacturing experience we call this factory "seconds". A product that is defective and requires repair or is discarded is a manufacturing defect. The straps on each mask have sewing imperfections that can cause the strap to fail or fit due to the way they are sewn. I have attached photos. A strap literally hangs by a thread. Each of the others has an "overlap" at the straps which affects comfort as the overlapping side makes the mask asymmetrical and therefore uncomfortable. Note that the straps are sewn correctly, but neither mask has both straps sewn on correctly. 2. Initial contractions were 2-3 weeks which became 6 weeks. At this point, masks were publicly available. "Coincidentally" I received the masks within a week of requesting a cancellation. They simply climbed into the wedding basket and sent it off. DO NOT BUY .
