For the first week my body reacted very strangely to being bombarded with so much fat and it literally gutted me. I see this as a plus. It didn't cause anxiety or anything, it was just my body metabolizing the product and throwing out what wasn't supposed to be there. The second week I would take a fat bomb with coffee in the morning and mix it to emulsify the fat and give it to him. a layer of foam and also downed a second helping around 6 p.m. to curb sugar cravings by mixing it with pure cocoa, strawberries, coconut milk and monk fruit. Taste: ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE! I was afraid it would be greasy but it was wonderful! You won't see any lumps and you won't feel the taste. I am planning to make a recipe to see how it works in a dish.
