Got this a few weeks ago after needing a new one. I found it to be of good quality. First I put it in the drill bit and it snapped into place on impact. Then I slowly turned the drill, there was no hesitation. I then used the black crank and it turned freely and smoothly. This screwdriver's bit holder contained several impact bits, such as a wobbler screwdriver and a 5/16 Tap-Con screwdriver, as well as several screwdriver bits. The bit holder caught on each of them. The beat release is very good. The spring is smooth and easy to use with two fingers to loosen it a little and easily replace it. The other hexagon is smooth and chrome plated. After a couple of weeks I'm very happy with this driver and can't find any reason not to love it. The colors even match my drill and look like the manufacturers set them up. I say try this driver, I know the seller will work hard to fix it. He kept in touch with me until the birth to make sure I was happy. That rarely happens here.
