Before purchasing I first checked the original OEM number of the 2018 Mazda 6 and this trunk net came up in my search. After reading the reviews and instructions for this cargo net, I set about researching the OEM cargo net and both involved the same installation process: drilling out the push pin mount holes. Use a 7/16" drill bit to insert the rubber nuts. Since it looked just like the original, I was able to save $25 to enjoy it elsewhere. The instructions that come with it are excellent. BTW please use a 7/16" bit and not a 1/2" bit like others say, otherwise use epoxy to secure the rubber nuts.
