Review on 🔍 Recon 264120Bk Smoked Lens Side Mirror Lens for 2003-2007 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty & Excursion: 2 Piece Set, High-Quality LED by Ben Chase

The lens fits very well and is well made but the assembly instructions could be more helpful. It was difficult for me to remove the old lens. Visibility is limited and even with a flashlight I couldn't see how the tabs were supposed to be pressed. The tabs (3) have 2 on the top corners and 1 on the bottom. To release, the two upper tabs must be pressed down and the lower tab must be pressed up. The second problem is related to the very short electrical connection. When installing, it is difficult to remove the connector to get the cover and lens to fit properly. The first lens installed without any problems, but the second had to be installed and removed 5 times to get all the components to fit together properly. While I didn't break any of the tabs on the lid, the tabs can break if the installer isn't careful. Watching a video on the Recon website would be helpful. After installation I found the lens very attractive. and good quality
