Used to decoke a 2002 saturn sl2

Can't comment on its ability to work as a speedometer as I have used it (attached to a cordless drill) to decoke the intake manifold. Worked great for that. I believe it could fulfill the functions of a speedometer if it could stand the conditions I've been using it for.
