Fresh out of the box it looked great. I hand washed it, put it in a plastic dryer and it broke. Couldn't even use it. This is an item that must be strong enough to withstand stirring drinks with a metal spoon and cannot even be washed. **Edit - Seller sent us a new one and it works as it should. Just don't put it upside down in the dryer.
