Very easy to set up and configure. I have been very pleased with all aspects of the system including ease of use especially when there are multiple departments using it or you're simply trying to keep track of your team members in general. Would like to be able to see which managers have not logged in since last week or month, but that's a non-critical issue at this time. The basic functionality has met my expectations for now, however I do hope that improvements will be made as time goes on to make things more powerful. A good company tool for our office that can help us better organize our teams, especially during high demand times. It's easy to use as it has all necessary features for my daily work with its own dashboard that I can access from anywhere in any browser at home or office using mobile devices like iPhone/Android etc. The software gives me all required information about clients' accounts which are managed by different departments within one organization such as sales force automation (SFA) module makes life easier and saves time when managing client data.
