I like that it has all my tools in one place so there's less to keep track off when looking for something specific! Nothing really at this point but if you're considering switching over from another vendor then definitely do your research into their product offerings as well because they have some great ones too!! Very easy to set up and configure. I have been very pleased with all aspects of the system including ease of use especially when there are multiple departments using it or you're simply trying to keep track of your team members in general. Would like to be able to see which managers have not logged in since last week or month, but that's a non-critical issue at this time. I like that it allows me to keep track of all my jobs in one place, and can be customized for each client. The software is easy-to-use and intuitive, and has helped us manage our projects much better. It also helps with project tracking by keeping all my invoices in one place.
