Okay, so I'm gonna start this by saying that the actual product inside the bottles is fabulous. It's easy to use, a great quantity, and the bottles themselves are glass. They feel very lux.BUT.The reason this lost a star for me is because the tops were CRANKED tight when they arrived. Yes, it was nice that they didn't spill, but I had to go get my husband's plumbing pliers (which are huge and stupidly strong) to get the bottles open! If I didn't have those pliers, I never could have gotten them open at all, and the whole thing would have been a wash.Just a word of warning, if you buy this stuff, you may need some hardware to get them open!
