Review on FOCUS by Charlie Dillon

I use this software because i like efficiency and ease of access when it comes to making decisions while traveling with clients. In comparison to other CRMs, there's not too much. The platform can seem very complicated compared to others, but the features are pretty easy to understand once you know which buttons and options you need to click on most often. Focus is one of those programs that requires constant attention and updates so be prepared! You will have to make sure you stay diligent if you want to fully benefit from these software. For example, the app isn't working correctly, you might not realize that you forgot to do something important, etc all those things just lead to frustration. If your willing to invest the time, though, then I highly recommend this. We use focus for our office/management staff. It has simplified my job in regards customer service as well as being able to view each client at a glance. It helped me in so many ways, I love how it has all my contacts listed for easy access! The system was not intuitive at first but once you get used too then its amazing what this program can do. Not much dislike as everything works great!! This software makes managing our time shares easier than ever before with quick contact info right there when we need information or want more details about something specific regarding an owner's issue/satisfaction etc..
