Great Customer Service Software For Small Businesses

I like that you can connect with all members in one place, including past guests who have already purchased their vacation time! It's easy for our staff as well because we are able to see everyone at once instead if having several different email addresses or phone numbers associated w/ each guest & member account- it makes things so much easier when communicating back'n forth about changes needed during an upcoming trip!! The only thing i dislike would be being unable too view individual…

  • Lots o' options available from various areas throughout site.
  • Simple interface designEasy enough even just new "users" could navigate around easily while usingFocus system themselves..especially since they're presented witheasy ways tto manage everything accordingly.(ease is key!)

  • If anything goes awry outside your own personal experience then its difficult finding people

Overall good experience usingFocus Software

I use this software because i like efficiency and ease of access when it comes to making decisions while traveling with clients. In comparison to other CRMs, there's not too much. The platform can seem very complicated compared to others, but the features are pretty easy to understand once you know which buttons and options you need to click on most often.
