I like that you can connect with all members in one place, including past guests who have already purchased their vacation time! It's easy for our staff as well because we are able to see everyone at once instead if having several different email addresses or phone numbers associated w/ each guest & member account- it makes things so much easier when communicating back'n forth about changes needed during an upcoming trip!! The only thing i dislike would be being unable too view individual accounts without logging into my main profile page - which isn't always possible due to other systems needing access first before viewing specific profiles.- We use this software primarily for communication between myself personally AND also via group emails sent out by me through team management tools such as Slack etc., but sometimes there may come along those moments where someone needs immediate assistance regarding something going wrong within Focus itself e.g.; website not loading properly OR issues relating specifically towards billing questions / queries related directly to payments.
