It's user friendly, easy for newbies like me who have never used ERPs before!It has an amazing customer support team that helps you out at every step during implementation process - from choosing which modules should be implemented or not until final deployment time with live data integration into our cloud platform (SAP HANA). There was nothing I disliked about it while using as such excepting some minor UI issues i had when trying my hands around customization workflows but those were sorted pretty quickly by their awesome tech guys there!! Their technical expertise helped us solve all kinds problems related to SAP landscape management & configuration settings along with customizations we needed within short duration. The best part being they do offer great discounts if one signs up through them even after trial period ends. They provide excellent value/ money proposition compared to market competition.
