Caused excruciating knee pain

I was so excited to try this for my terrible back pain. My pain radiates down my left leg from my left side and interferes with sleep. It was clumsy the first night I tried it, but I figured I'd get used to it. On the third night I had unbearable pain in both knees. My knees have never been a problem. Again, I figured I'd get used to it. The next night my knees hurt a lot and my feet were numb. It may suit some, but for me it's too big and too high.
