I bought this pillow hoping it would help my husband sleep better and wake up without his usual excruciating back pain. For many years he has suffered from a herniated disc and arthrosis of the spine. He has been using this pillow for several weeks now and what a difference! He can sleep through the night. He has many serious health issues, but this memory foam pillow brought a lot of relief at night. It was a great purchase that I highly recommend.
