It's pretty much what you'd expect for a plastic item. It's relatively stable, and dimensions, etc. are adequately described in the listing. Could be sturdier, but then it would cost more. Being fairly small, unless you're putting heavy items in it it should hold up OK. Two hints- I missed that the red plastic piece was for pushing the side supports in until I was about half-way through assembly. Would have saved me some stress on my hands if I noticed that earlier. Also, the shelves/bins can each be mounted as either a shelf or a bin.
