Uncomfortable and ineffective shoulder massager
Based on my experience, this massager was uncomfortable to use and did not provide any relief for my shoulder arthritis. The adjustable settings were confusing and difficult to navigate. The only positive aspect was that it was easy to clean. Overall, I do not recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their health and household through massage tools and equipment.
