I suggest XL for adults
I ordered this in L for my husband and XL for myself as I am a tall girl. My husband is 190 and the description says L fits 200 so I bought it for him as he has a slim build and doesn't have a big stomach. He's 6'2 - 190 and I have to say I wish I could get an XL too. Unfortunately I don't have time to exchange it as our trip is next week. Hopefully the L works, it bends but looks pretty small on him. I recommend L for children and XL for all adults. Hope it melts him!
