Filters came in a large nub envelope with no extra padding. The air purification cartridge was covered with dust and broken glass. The cartridge rattled like a UV lamp had broken inside. This was of great concern as the lamp contains mercury. I immediately put it back in the package without taking a picture. The water filter was fine so I installed it. After a while the water filled up the ice machine and the filter seeped everywhere including the floor. I ended up in the kitchen, so I immediately turned off the ice maker. After removing the baffle plate and cleaning up most of the mess, I took out the new filter and found that it was missing a large o-ring. See photos of the old and new water filter. I found the missing O-ring was in the box. I put it on the filter and put the filter back on. Then I called SubZero. About two hours later, the first new batch of ice cubes fell. Three minutes later the water went again and the filter was not leaking. The ice machine has been refilled and there are no leaks from the filter. I paid a high price to get a genuine SubZero product and spent hours trying to solve these problems. I have a feeling that Revain was careless with the delivery. We suggest you check the package very carefully!
