The product worked great for 3 months. It's very fast, just use the power button and reset it to fix errors. However, the screen freezes without providing any data even after you troubleshoot. Couldn't connect to the internet and the screen kept freezing. Warranty. I was unable to get a refund or replacement and was told to contact Netgear. Decent gear didn't give me a substitute since it was an at&t exclusive. Eventually the seller and Netgear told me to contact at&t. But AT&T didn't sell me the device, which led to a dead end. AT&T SIM connection problems When using a cell phone SIM card, everything worked fine at first. I started having technical problems connecting to my data. I was told that removing the SIM card and using a different device would result in data being disabled. Now I can't use any other hotspot model as it doesn't connect to all. I would not recommend using the at&t model due to warranty issues. I consider the device unreliable because it is a refurbished model and after a short period of time the seller does not provide service or technical support. I find it very difficult to get help even with Netgear. You absolutely have to pay for extended email support over the phone, which I've never been able to do. It took me a long time to find a number to call and had to be routed for help. Tip: Buy a new model that isn't specific to a particular company. Get a warranty with extended support.
