Pros: very good fit. I'm 6'3, 185, 34 (almost) inch drop, 42 chest. I ordered XL. I don't have a 34" chest so the waist wasn't tight, just tight but not bulky or extra material to hang around. The zipper seems to be of good quality and the construction is on par with any other ultra light item I own. The pad doesn't seem to bother me when running, although like any endurance sport you have to slide your body. Cons: If you're humble, you should think of something else. They have no modest forage or forage. The fabric inside is black, so not flashy, but the detailing is noticeable enough. Notes: very light and thin, like a sports shirt. Should dry very quickly. Consider dark colors if you don't want body features to be visible.
