An excellent deoxidizer for home made beer in kegs.
Excellent as a deoxidizer for home brews, particularly in hazy New England-style IPAs. It used 1/3 gram when filling the keg and really improved the overall stability compared to previous batches. After 3 weeks, neither the color nor the taste has changed. The only downside was that I had to let it cool (age) an additional 8 days until the sulfur smell was gone, but it was worth it in the end.
