Review on 🐾 PawZ Dog Boots: Waterproof Snow Booties for Dogs - 12 Shoes per Pack (Colored) by Richard Gonzales

Handles cold and ice very well

This product was a real find last winter. We have a lot of snow and salt everywhere and my dog could barely walk outside without limping, finally gave up and raised two front paws and begged me to take her home. I have bought many shoes and slippers over the past two years but have not been really satisfied with any product, but this product is the only one for us now! I read some of the reviews and picked up some of each to use on my Mini Aussies.1. I put baby powder in every shoe before I put it on every dog (yes, baby powder goes everywhere - you'll have to figure out how to fix this - I have my own approach to minimizing the mess). Then I sit behind my dogs (they sit too).3. I hook a finger on each side of the hole and stretch.4. I grab the paw and voila, I put it on. Trust me it wasn't easy, maybe the first ten times, but with practice perfection comes. I will never allow my dogs to suffer or have to lick salt off their paws. So both the dogs and I had to live with it.5. As for the hind legs, I leave them where they are and either put them to my dog, either to the side or to the back. Either way, I get them and we're good to go.6. To remove, I slide my toe under the latex material on the back of the paw where they have a small indentation under the large pad from the four toe pads (not sure if that makes sense). 7. I dry them so they don't stick together, which usually happens when I just toss them in the dog basket by the door. Just a warning my dogs are smart so I put the harness and leash on first before taking them out or everyone will run under the bed to hide. They don't like it, but it protects their paws from burns from ice, cold and salt.
