Have been watching them for a long time. I run an average of 15-20 miles a week and don't always stretch like I should afterwards. I was wondering if they would be a good substitute for a foam roller. I was very impressed with how much less soreness I had the next day after long runs. The setup I use is to use all three segments per leg. There are three combo options (foot, leg and foot or leg, foot and hip) that you can activate individually as well. There are four intensity levels to adjust the pressure applied to the massager. When using the massager for the first time, it is a bit confusing to put on the device correctly and to route the air hose lines smoothly. After using the device for a few times, you will understand this and it will not be a problem. The device is quiet enough to use while working from home on a conference call. The company sells a heated block, which can be an added plus for the block. My only downside to the block is the storage. The device comes with a small bag for small items, but after using this item, it will be difficult to put it in a small bag. The device is easy to store on a hanger in a closet when not in use. Finally, I was offered this product in exchange for my unbiased review.
